  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Create a password
  5. You’ll receive an SMS with a 6 digit code
  6. Enter your code to log in

  1. Visit lime.com on your desktop
  2. Select E-billing
  3. If you don't have an account choose Sign-up Today
  4. Follow the instructions
  5. Once registered, go to the app and enter your User ID and password to continue

What do I need to log in?

Prepaid users – you must “register” to use the app. You enter your phone number and then this connects the device and your phone number. Multiple devices can manage the same phone number but each device needs to be registered independently.

You must go through the registration process: If you have never used the app on this phone before If you put your SIM in a new phone Uninstall and reinstall the app on the same phone

What account details can I see as a postpaid user?

With your MyLIME app you can easily view Data Balance – and to the view your bill balance and history.

What do I need to log in as a postpaid user?

Postpaid users – use your existing LIME.COM E-Billing login. Make sure you have at least one cell-phone linked to that account. If you forget your password, please visit LIME.COM E-Billing platform to reset.

What if I forgot my password?

On the device you last registered to your account, click the Forgot Password Button on the Log In page.

Another PIN will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter the PIN to continue.

You will get a password change confirmation.

How do I Manage My Balance?

The Balance and Top-Up screen lets you top up your balance using a Credit Card – or transfer your balance around. Transfer balance subject to the same business rules as the USSD method.

When you choose the Credit/Debit Card Tab, you see the eTopUpOnline page, which lets you use your account to top-up.

Balance Transfer lets you transfer some of your balance to another LIME prepaid User. Enter the number and amount. Remember that Fees may Apply.

How do I navigate from my Home Screen as a postpaid user?

On this screen you will see your bill, when it was due and your Data Usage.

Click the “Hamburger Button” to see your Navigation Menu which lets you drill down into your balance, pay your bill and reach out to Customer Support

The Navigation Menu also lets you select which number to view.

How do I see my Detailed Usage?

My Usage

Clicking the “My Usage” entry on the Navigation Menu will take you to a screen showing up to the last 30 days of usage on your account.

You can filter and order this information with the Filter button.

Note: This information is “static” and is not derived from your account.

When do you have to login?

You would have to login once the app is closed or if you do nothing in the app for ten minutes

Can I reach out to LIME support from my app?

If you want to reach out to LIME Customer Support – click on the Contact entry on the Navigation Menu.

This will open a pre-addressed email for you to fill in and send to LIME.

How do I purchase an Add-On?

Regardless of how you get here, you will see the categories of Add-On you can buy.

Click on an Add- On Category to see which individual Add-Ons you can purchase.

Click the Add-On to expose a Buy- Now Button. Clicking it takes you to a Confirmation Screen.

If you click “Buy Now”, your Add-On will be purchased and your Balance reduced.

How do I check my detailed balances?

Clicking the Balances section on the Home Screen will take you to different feature balance options – showing what you currently have left.

How do I navigate from my Home Screen?

On this screen you will see your balance, a breakdown of your balances across added-on services (if you have any) and you have quick access to Top-Up and Buy Add-Ons.

Click the “Hamburger Button” to see your Navigation Menu which gives you the same options and also lets you transfer balance, check your usage, see software and app version information and reach out to Customer Support

How to create my prepaid password?

Prepaid passwords must: Be between 6 and 30 characters long, contain at least one letter (a, b, c, ..., A, B, C, ...), contain at least one digit (1, 2, 3, ...), and are case sensitive but do not require upper and lowercase

You can use the same password each time you register

Each time you register a new device a 6 digit code will be sent to whatever device has the SIM with that number. That 6 digit code must be entered to register

How do you register on prepaid?

Click the register button, enter the requested details and click. Enter the PIN that you receive via SMS.

(This app does not collect email addresses of prepaid users.)
